All sales are non refundable once the dress has left the shop.
You are able to exchange within 7 days providing the dress is returned unworn and with it's original tags attached. A receipt or invoice will need to be shown at time of exchange.
Under no circumstance are DEPOSIT payments and any further balance payments made towards a dress refundable. Once a deposit has been made this cannot be returned.
Payments
1) Deposit and balance payments are non-refundable.
2) Once a deposit has been made, this cannot be returned.
3) Final balance payments are due to be paid 3 months from the date of an original deposit.
4) Failure to pay the remaining balance within the time period of 3 months will result in loss of deposit and the dress being available for other customers to purchase.
5) We will contact you on several occasions leading up to the end of the 3 month period.
Sizing
6) Sizing and fitting will be determined during your visit before an order is placed. This is upon confirmation between staff and the customer.
7) We cannot change the size of your dress once it has arrived instore, this would be down to the customer to sort out if for some reason the sizing agreed prior to collection is no longer suitable.
Orders
8) All orders need to be secured with a non-refundable deposit.
9) Your account will need to be paid in full before we can release the dress to you.
10) If your contact details change during the time your order has been placed, it is the customers responsibility to inform GG's.
11) At the time of ordering you will be given an estimated arrival time. As every effort is made to fulfil this date, the date is given for guidance only and has been set by the designers which could change at any time.
12) If for any reason your wear date has to change, we cannot be held responsible and orders must go through as agreed.
Sale Items
13) Sale/Off peg dresses are sold as seen and will include signs of wear and tear.
14) You will be asked before purchasing to check over the dress to make sure you are happy.
15) Sale dresses are non-refundable.
Care
16) A large majority of our dresses include heavy embellishment and have delicate detailing.
17) We do not accept any responsibility for any damage to a dress once it has left the shop.
18) You will be asked to sign a document before leaving with your dress to state you are happy with the sizing and condition of the dress.
Alterations
19) The purchase price of the dress does not include alterations that may be needed.
20) GG's does not offer an alteration service, however we are happy to recommend a local company.
21) If we do recommend a seamstress, they do not work for GG's and have no relation to our company.
22) We are not held responsible for an alterations made after you have taken your dress home from us.
23) Any alterations would be down to the seamstress and the customer, we cannot be held responsible for any damages made to a dress by a 3rd party (for example, dry cleaners).
